Abstract We describe a case of ovarian adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) of the left ovary in a 23-year-old woman. The tumor had the typical cribriform pattern of ACC, lacked any component of surface epithelial carcinoma, and showed myoepithelial differentiation.
