Intraosseous Mucoepidermoid Carcinoma in the Mandible [PDF]
Although it is a rare neoplasm, intraosseous mucoepidermoid carcinoma is the most common and well-recognized intraosseous salivary gland tumor. Usually, it presents as an asymptomatic volume increase and most patients perceive the presence of the lesion within a year or less of evolution.

Temporal‐Parotid Resection for Malignant Parotid Tumors: A Systematic Review
Parotid gland tumors represent a complex surgical challenge. Temporal‐parotid resection (TPR) is indicated to manage temporal bone invasion. Thirteen studies investigated the role of TPR in literature, including 336 patients. High rates of negative margins and local disease control are achieved with TPR.

ICI‐included therapies are standard for R/M HNSCC patients. In particular, neoadjuvant ICI therapy shows promising clinical results even in nontreated resectable HNSCC patients. In addition, cancer vaccine, immune cell‐based therapy, immunomodulation therapy, and TME targeting therapy may combine with ICI.
