Epidermoid carcinoma of the skin of the nose
The American Journal of Surgery, 1968Abstract A thirty-eight year review of the records at Memorial Hospital Center disclosed 114 patients treated for epidermoid carcinoma of the skin of the nose. These patients were all white, and there were slightly more men than women. More than 80 per cent of the patients were forty years of age or older.

Epidermoid carcinoma in cystic teratomas
American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, 1953Abstract Two cases of epidermoid carcinoma in dermoid cysts are reported. One patient operated on in 1945, in which case the cyst was completely removed, was living and well when last checked, six years later. The other patient died only four months following surgery.

Muco‐epidermoid carcinoma of the breast
Pathology International, 2006A very rare case of muco‐epidermoid carcinoma of the breast is reported. A 54‐year‐old woman noticed a breast lump and consulted the Cancer Institute Hospital, Tokyo. Physical examination revealed a mass with an unclear margin in the upper outer area of the left breast.

Muco-Epidermoid Carcinoma of the Palate
Acta Oto-Laryngologica, 1970A histological reclassification of 383 tumours in the palate showed a muco-epidermoid carcinoma in 27 cases. The relative incidence of this type of tumour is considerably higher in the minor salivary glands of the palate than in the major salivary glands.

Epidermoid Carcinoma of the Lacrimal Sac

Prior to 1938 Penman and Wolff1were able to find only 64 cases of lacrimal sac tumor described and reported in the world literature. Ashton, Choyce, and Fison2have stated that there were 73 such tumors reported up until 1950.

The American Journal of Surgery, 1954Abstract Only one patient of the seven cases studied is apparently cancer-free for five years, a survival rate of 14 per cent. However, if the patient with known recurrence given only palliative radium is excluded, the survival rate would be 16.6 per cent.
