Carcinoma medular da tiroideia : um caso clínico
Medullary thyroid carcinoma is a rare neoplasia with a difficult diagnosis, on a clinical and anatomopathological level. The symptoms can be unspecific or may be caused by mass effect or due to paraneoplastic syndrome. In this case report, the 53-year-old patient had dysphonia as the first symptom.
