Annales De Pathologie, 2011Resume Nous rapportons le cas d’une patiente porteuse d’un carcinome mammaire droit d’emblee metastatique au niveau pulmonaire et osseux dont le bilan d’extension a montre de maniere fortuite un carcinome renal droit synchrone. La nephrectomie a retrouve une metastase du carcinome mammaire dans le carcinome renal.

Carcinome salivaire sécrétoire, analogue des carcinomes sécrétoires mammaires
Annales de Pathologie, 2014Mammary analog secretory carcinoma (MASC) of the parotid gland is a rare and recently described lesion. We report the case of a 46-year-old man with a tumor of the parotid gland which was carried to the diagnosis of MASC. Diagnostic was confirmed by highlighting the ETV6-NTRK3 gene translocation.
