Prenatal Diagnosis of Isolated Right Aortic Arch: A Collaborative Approach to Management of Postnatal Aerodigestive Symptoms

open access: yesPediatric Pulmonology, Volume 60, Issue 11, November 2025.
ABSTRACT Background Although prenatal imaging advancements have increased isolated right aortic arch (iRAA) detection, optimal postnatal vascular ring management remains uncertain. Whereas early postnatal imaging and surgical management may be clinically warranted for some infants, long‐term data are not yet available to justify an identical approach ...

Reversible ST‐T Segment Changes Induced by Anamorelin: A Case Report

open access: yesRespirology Case Reports, Volume 13, Issue 11, November 2025.
Anamorelin, which has been approved for cancer cachexia in Japan, has been known to cause adverse events including QT prolongation and can lead to fatal arrhythmia. We report the first case of a male patient with non‐small cell lung cancer who showed ST‐T segment change following anamorelin.

Bronchial Artery–Pulmonary Artery Fistula With Dual Arterial Feeders Treated Successfully With Staged Embolisation Procedures—A Case Report

open access: yesRespirology Case Reports, Volume 13, Issue 11, November 2025.
Bronchial artery‐pulmonary artery fistula (BPAF) with dual arterial feeders is a rare vascular anomaly with the potential risk of catastrophic rupture. Our case report demonstrated the role of endovascular embolisation in preventing massive life‐threatening haemorrhage.

Cardiac function and coronary plaque development following masculinizing gender‐affirming hormone therapy: A prospective cohort study

open access: yesAndrology, Volume 13, Issue 8, Page 2195-2205, November 2025.
Abstract Introduction Myocardial dysfunction and the presence of calcified and non‐calcified coronary plaques are predictors of cardiovascular disease. Masculinizing gender‐affirming hormone therapy may increase cardiovascular risk, highlighting the need for prospective studies to evaluate cardiovascular outcomes during gender‐affirming hormone therapy.

Coronary Fistula–Induced Ventricular Tachycardia From Thrombotic Cyst Compression: A Case Report

open access: yesAnnals of Noninvasive Electrocardiology, Volume 30, Issue 6, November 2025.
At presentation. Initial electrocardiogram: the presence of exclusively negative QRS complexes across all precordial leads (V1 through V6) supported the diagnosis of ventricular tachycardia. ABSTRACT Background Coronary artery fistula (CAF) complicated by thrombotic cyst formation is a rare cause of ventricular tachycardia (VT), involving ischemia and ...
