Helper and ionizable lipids play a crucial role in determining ApoE binding and subsequent liver tropism and LDLR‐mediated uptake. Ionizable lipids primarily govern the LDLR‐independent uptake pathway. This complementary interplay between lipid components ultimately governs LNP delivery performance and therapeutic efficacy in the liver.

Aqueously Upcycled Lignin with Emergent Tribonegativity for Skin‐Integrated Triboelectronics
Aqueously upcycled lignin is transformed into a printable ink that self‐assembles into a nanotextured surface during printing with the highest reported biopolymer‐based tribonegativity. The resulting skin‐integrated triboelectric sensor enables high‐fidelity cardiovascular monitoring and objective mental workload classification, demonstrating a ...

This study reports the first implantable resin cement capable of orientation‐sensitive Magnetic Particle Imaging (MPI). By coating the cement with an ultrathin iron film, the authors achieve a strong, angle‐dependent MPI signal that enables non‐ionizing, real‐time tracking of both implant position and orientation, opening new possibilities for safe ...
