This study evaluated the effect of Monopolar electrocautery (MPE) on the functionality of hypoglossal nerve stimulators (HGNS) implants. A total of 85 patients who had undergone additional surgeries after their HGNS implant were included and analyzes compared outcomes between those who underwent surgeries involving MPE and those who's surgeries did not
