Non‐endocardial radiofrequency ablation of PVCs is a safe and effective procedure, even with the use of high power and/or long duration RF application. Clinicians should consider this approach in case of LV summit and/or ASV PVCs, although long‐term follow‐up is still characterized by a relatively high recurrence rate.

ABSTRACT Background Atrial high‐rate episodes (AHREs) detected by cardiac implantable electronic devices are associated with a higher risk of developing subsequent atrial fibrillation. Thus, risk stratification for AHREs is essential to guide patient management and improve outcome.

ABSTRACT Background Transvenous lead extraction (TLE) is procedurally complex and carries significant risk. Evidence on optimal TLE techniques is limited and lacks comparative studies. Methods PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science were searched through November 27, 2024.
