Relationship Between Complex Signal Identification and Non‐Pulmonary Vein Foci
Using the CARTO CSI algorithm, electrogram fractionation (score ≥ 8.5) accurately localized non‐pulmonary vein triggers. CSI‐assisted ablation guided by these high‐complexity sites resulted in 82.4% arrhythmia‐free survival, demonstrating the feasibility of CSI as a selective mapping adjunct comparable to FAAM.
