Endothelial TRIM35‐Regulated MMP10 Release Exacerbates Calcification of Vascular Grafts

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 11, March 20, 2025.
Arterial bypass graft is routinely used for the patients with coronary artery infarction, but is limited by progressive vascular restenosis and occlusion occurs, in which vascular calcification is a key issue. Endothelial TRIM35 can protect the isograft vascular from calcification by activating RelB ubiquitination that inhibits MMP10 secretion ...

Osteosarcoma Cell‐Derived Migrasomes Promote Macrophage M2 Polarization to Aggravate Osteosarcoma Proliferation and Metastasis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 17, May 8, 2025.
Migrasomes are newly discovered organelles in migrating cells. This study finds that osteosarcoma cell‐derived migrasomes promote the tumor‐promoting phenotype of macrophages and further aggravate osteosarcoma malignant progression via milk fat globule‐EGF factor 8.

Targeted Delivery of c(RGDfk)‐Modified Liposomes to Bone Marrow Through In Vivo Hitchhiking Neutrophils for Multiple Myeloma Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 12, March 27, 2025.
A novel bone marrow‐targeting strategy employs c(RGDfk)‐modified liposomes to hitchhike aging neutrophils, enabling precise drug delivery and reducing off‐target effects. These neutrophils deliver BMS‐202 to block PD‐1/PD‐L1 and carfilzomib to polarize macrophages into M1‐type, transforming the tumor microenvironment into an immunogenic state and ...
