[Restrictive cardiomyopathy].

Restrictive cardiomyopathies are the rarest forms of cardiomyopathy. They are characterised by restrictive filling and reduction in diastolic volume of one or both ventricles with normal wall thickness and systolic function. Increased interstitial fibrosis may be observed.
