Acta Obstet Gynecol ScandFetal blood sampling was less frequent after implementation of a revised CTG classification, and consequently, there was a higher proportion of acidemia at FBS in the smaller sampled group. Immediate cesarean delivery was more frequent after FBS, potentially caused by higher lactate readings achieved by a differently calibrated lactate meter.
