The TRUFFLE monitoring protocol for early-onset fetal growth restriction: A clinical effectiveness study. [PDF]
Implementation of the TRUFFLE monitoring protocol in routine clinical practice achieves neonatal survival comparable to trial settings. Early‐onset FGR requires intensive, multimodal monitoring, with delivery decisions evolving by gestation. These findings support the protocol's real‐world effectiveness and highlight the potential value of more ...

Contraction frequency and acidemia at birth: A case-control study. [PDF]
This case–control study shows an association by exposure level between contraction frequency during the final hour before birth and fetal acidemia. Effect sizes are similar regardless of oxytocin use. Contraction frequencies above both the conventional and revised thresholds are common, indicating poor positive predictive value.
