A nanocomposite‐coated shape memory foam rapidly expands, accelerates clotting, and reduces blood loss in vivo. Its fast volumetric expansion and strong procoagulant activity make it a promising hemostat for treating deep, noncompressible hemorrhage.

rWTC‐MBTA Vaccine, Alone and Enhanced with Anti‐PD1, Elicits Immune Responses against CNS and Peripheral B‐Cell Lymphoma

An autologous whole‐tumor‐cell vaccine (rWTC‐MBTA) is evaluated in murine CNS lymphoma. Subcutaneous vaccination activates dendritic cells, broadens T‐cell priming, and drives lymphocyte trafficking to brain tumors, producing durable tumor control. Macrophage TRIM21 Inhibition Ameliorates Murine Acute Pancreatitis via PHB2‐Mediated Mitochondrial Stabilization

Macrophage‐derived TRIM21 drives the progression of AP via ubiquitin‐proteasome‐mediated degradation of PHB2, leading to impaired PHB2‐mediated mitophagy. Therefore, accumulation of cytosolic mtDNA hyperactivates the cGAS‐STING signaling axis, thereby amplifying inflammatory cascades.
