Tumor B‐cell infiltration in platinum‐treated advanced muscle‐invasive urothelial carcinoma
Bladder tumors with higher pretreatment memory B‐cell infiltration were linked to longer survival after cisplatin chemotherapy, but not carboplatin. 경력 연구는 다양한 학분 분야에서 서로 다른 이론적 실천적 연구 관심들을 가지며 발달해왔으며, 크게는 개인의 직업생활 준비 과정과 입직 이후 직업생활의 두 시기가 구분되어 각각 진로와 경력이라는 용어로 분리되어 전개되어 왔다. 이 연구에서는 경력을 개인 차원과 사회 환경 차원으로 구분하는 이분법적 관점을 극복하기 위하여 경력에 대한 개인과 사회 맥락간의 상호작용을 강조하는 이론적 관점이 필요하다는 문제의식에서 출발하였다. 특히 탈조직 맥락의 경력 환경에서의 개인의 주체적인 경력개발을 강조하게 된 최근의 경력 논의는 개인의 경력 역량 개발의 중요성을 강조하고 있다.

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.

PARP inhibitors induce a senescence phenotype in non‐small cell lung carcinoma cell lines
Talazoparib is the most potent inducer of senescence among different PARP1 inhibitors in human NSCLC cells. In the absence of PARP, no senescence phenotype was observed, demonstrating that PARP1 is necessary for the induction of senescence by this inhibitor.
