Involuntary Passenger Refusal of Air Carriage at the Booking Stage
Transport LawThe article examines the form of legal relationship between the carrier and the passenger, formed at the stage of booking the capacity of the vehicle. It is concluded that the content of such a legal form is the corresponding secondary right of the passenger and the state of bondage of the carrier.

In order to enhance protection and rights of passengers while in transport by sea, EU adopted Regulation 392/2009 and Regulation 1177/2010.
