Identification and Engineering of Novel N‐Methyltransferases
ChemCatChem, Volume 17, Issue 7, April 4, 2025.In this work, we employed a fluorescence‐based high‐throughput assay to accelerate the discovery, characterization, and engineering of novel N‐methyltransferases (NMTs). Due to their broad substrate scope and outstanding selectivity, MTs have potential for industrial applications.
