DVR based cascaded multilevel Z-source inverter
2010 IEEE International Conference on Power and Energy, 2010This paper proposes a new topology of Z-source based cascaded multilevel inverter. In this topology the output voltage is not limited to DC voltage source similar to traditional cascade multilevel inverter and can be increased with Z network shoot-through state control. Besides, it is more reliable against short circuit.

Advanced Materials Research, 2013Based on the theory of H-bridge multilevel converter, the structure of a three phase cascaded multilevel inverter (LVCMI) and its control strategy are proposed in this paper. Several standard three-phase bridges can be reconnected into a new single three-phase bridge at ac-side.
