Saturn's Auroral Dusk Sector Magnetosphere‐Ionosphere Coupling During Cassini's Proximal Orbits
Abstract The final twenty‐two low‐altitude passes of the Cassini spacecraft enabled the determination of Saturn's field‐aligned currents (FACs) from magnetometer measurements at lower altitudes than previously achieved. We investigate southern dusk‐side FAC behavior with four objectives: how in situ MAG measurements compare to the highly variable ...

Detecting an Ocean Inside Callisto With Geodetic Measurements From Europa Clipper and Juice
Abstract Determining whether Callisto hosts a subsurface ocean, and the implications for material and energy transport through its hydrosphere, is of high interest to NASA's Europa Clipper and ESA's Juice missions. A recent reanalysis of Galileo magnetometer data strengthens the ocean hypothesis, but definitive confirmation awaits new measurements.

Different Approaches to Clustering – Cassini Ovals
Classical cluster analysis or clustering is the task of grouping of a set of objects in such a way that objects in the same group are more similar to each other than to those in other groups or clusters. There are many clustering algorithms for solving different tasks. In the research, an interesting method - Cassini oval - has been identified.

Abstract The Uranian moons, last visited in 1986 by Voyager 2, remain an intriguing yet under‐explored set of targets. Understanding the thermal structure and evolution of these moons is key to addressing one of the highest priority goals in planetary science: identifying if any are ocean worlds today or have been in the past. On Oberon, one feature in

An Oceanic Mechanism for Geyser Formation on Enceladus
Abstract The tiger stripes of Enceladus are a sequence of four parallel and evenly‐spaced fissures 130 km long that erupt water from a global subsurface ocean into space. We present an ocean dynamical theory of their formation. Given one initial fissure, topography on the underside of the ice shell rubs periodically against the ocean due to the ...

Cassini detection of Enceladus' cold water-group plume ionosphere [PDF]
This study reports direct detection by the Cassini plasma spectrometer of freshly-produced water-group ions (O+, OH+, H2O+, H3O+) and heavier water dimer ions (HxO(2))(+) very close to Enceladus where the plasma begins to emerge from the plume.

ALTIMETRY BY CASSINI RADAR: PROCESSING AND SIMULATION [PDF]
The Cassini mission, that is a joint NASA/ESA/ASI effort, has recently offered the unique possibility of exploring Titan, the largest moon of Saturn, that is the only satellite in the solar system to host an appreciable atmosphere, which unfortunately ...

A caption summarizing techniques that have been used in seed seperation and quality evaluation. ABSTRACT The growing demand for high‐quality grains has intensified the need for efficient seed separation and quality evaluation methods in industrial processing, especially for food applications. Despite notable technological progress, conventional systems

Terrestrial Analogs to Titan for Geophysical Research
Abstract Saturn's moon Titan exhibits remarkable parallels to the Earth in many geophysical and geological processes not found elsewhere in the solar system at the present day. These include a nitrogen atmosphere with a condensible gas—methane—replacing the Earth's water, leading to an active meteorology with rainfall and surface manifestations ...

Cassini ovals and other curves
Fix two points F_1 and F_2 in the plane and consider the locus of a point P so that the sum of the distances from P to F_1 and F_2 equals some constant.
