Weak topologies in complete $CAT(0)$ metric spaces [PDF]
Some open questions from [\textit{W. A. Kirk} and \textit{B. Panyanak}, Nonlinear Anal., Theory Methods Appl. 68, No. 12, A, 3689--3696 (2008; Zbl 1145.54041)] about \(\Delta\)-convergence in Hadamard spaces are considered. The notion of half-space topology is introduced. Moreover, the notion of weak topology which lies between metric topology and half-

This study presents novel anti‐counterfeiting tags with multilevel security features that utilize additional disguise features. They combine luminescent nanosized Ln‐MOFs with conductive polymers to multifunctional mixed‐matrix membranes and powder composites. The materials exhibit visible/NIR emission and matrix‐based conductivity even as black bodies.

Rodé's theorem on common fixed points of semigroup of nonexpansive mappings in CAT(0) spaces
We extend Rodé's theorem on common fixed points of semigroups of nonexpansive mappings in Hilbert spaces to the CAT(0) space setting. 2000 Mathematics Subject Classification: 47H09; 47H10.

HKUST‐1/TiO2 composite materials show a very high photocatalytic hydrogen evolution rate which increases as a function of the irradiation time until reaching a plateau and even surpasses the performance of the 1%Pt/TiO2 material after three photocatalytic cycles.

Two Step Modified Ishikawa Iteration Scheme for Multi-Valued Mappings in CAT(0) Space
The aim of this paper is to prove some strong convergence theorems for the modified Ishikawa iteration scheme involving quasi-nonexpansive multi-valued mappings in the framework of CAT(0) spaces.

Ballmann's Rank Rigidity Conjecture predicts that a CAT(0) space of higher rank with a geometric group action is rigid -- isometric to a Riemannian symmetric space, a Euclidean building, or splits as a direct product. We confirm this conjecture in rank 2.

Atomic Size Misfit for Electrocatalytic Small Molecule Activation
This review explores the application and mechanisms of atomic size misfit in catalysis for small molecule activation, focusing on how structural defects and electronic properties can effectively lower the energy barriers of chemical bonds in molecules like H2O, CO2, and N2.

Strong and Δ Convergence Theorems for Multivalued Mappings in CAT(0) Spaces
We show strong and Δ convergence for Mann iteration of a multivalued nonexpansive mapping whose domain is a nonempty closed convex subset of a CAT(0) space.

A differential complex for CAT(0) cubical spaces
In the 1980's Pierre Julg and Alain Valette, and also Tadeusz Pytlik and Ryszard Szwarc, constructed and studied a certain Fredholm operator associated to a simplicial tree. The operator can be defined in at least two ways: from a combinatorial flow on the tree, similar to the flows in Forman's discrete Morse theory, or from the theory of unitary ...
