Halpern's Iteration in CAT(0) Spaces [PDF]
AbstractMotivated by Halpern's result, we prove strong convergence theorem of an iterative sequence in CAT(0) spaces. We apply our result to find a common fixed point of a family of nonexpansive mappings. A convergence theorem for nonself mappings is also discussed.

It is well known that the concept (generalized) asymptotically nonexpansive is closely related to the theory of fixed points in Banach spaces, and the implicit midpoint rule is one of the powerful numerical methods for solving differential equations. The

Common Attractive Points of Generalized Hybrid Multi-Valued Mappings and Applications
In this paper, we first propose the concepts of (ζ,η,λ,π)-generalized hybrid multi-valued mappings, the set of all the common attractive points (CAf,g) and the set of all the common strongly attractive points (CsAf,g), respectively for the multi-valued ...

Fixed point theorems for enriched Kannan mappings in CAT(0) spaces
We present enriched Kannan and enriched Bianchini mappings in the framework of unique geodesic spaces. For such mappings, we establish the existence and uniqueness of a fixed point in the setting of CAT(0) spaces and show that an appropriate ...

On Ptolemaic metric simplicial complexes [PDF]
We show that under certain mild conditions, a metric simplicial complex which satisfies the Ptolemy inequality is a CAT(0) space. Ptolemy's inequality is closely related to inversions of metric spaces. For a large class of metric simplicial complexes, we

Geodesic flow for CAT(0)-groups
We associate to a CAT(0)-space a flow space that can be used as the replacement for the geodesic flow on the sphere tangent bundle of a Riemannian manifold.

Cell-Like Equivalences and Boundaries of CAT(0) Groups [PDF]
In 2000, Croke and Kleiner showed that a CAT(0) group G can admit more than one boundary. This contrasted with the situation for word hyperbolic groups, where it was well-known that each such group admitted a unique boundary---in a very stong sense ...

This paper is for the purpose of introducing and studying a class of new two-step viscosity iteration approximation methods for finding fixed points of set-valued nonexpansive mappings in CAT(0) spaces.

An exotic deformation of the hyperbolic space [PDF]
On the one hand, we construct a continuous family of non-isometric proper CAT(-1) spaces on which the isometry group ${\rm Isom}(\mathbf{H}^{n})$ of the real hyperbolic $n$-space acts minimally and cocompactly.
