Disordered but rhythmic—the role of intrinsic protein disorder in eukaryotic circadian timing
Unstructured domains known as intrinsically disordered regions (IDRs) are present in nearly every part of the eukaryotic core circadian oscillator. IDRs enable many diverse inter‐ and intramolecular interactions that support clock function. IDR conformations are highly tunable by post‐translational modifications and environmental conditions, which ...

At infinity of finite-dimensional CAT(0) spaces [PDF]
We show that any filtering family of closed convex subsets of a finite-dimensional CAT(0) space $X$ has a non-empty intersection in the visual bordification $ \bar{X} = X \cup \partial X$. Using this fact, several results known for proper CAT(0) spaces may be extended to finite-dimensional spaces, including the existence of canonical fixed points at ...

Modeling hepatic fibrosis in TP53 knockout iPSC‐derived human liver organoids
This study developed iPSC‐derived human liver organoids with TP53 gene knockout to model human liver fibrosis. These organoids showed elevated myofibroblast activation, early disease markers, and advanced fibrotic hallmarks. The use of profibrotic differentiation medium further amplified the fibrotic signature seen in the organoids.

-Convergence Problems for Asymptotically Nonexpansive Mappings in CAT(0) Spaces
New △-convergence theorems of iterative sequences for asymptotically nonexpansive mappings in CAT(0) spaces are obtained. Consider an asymptotically nonexpansive self-mapping of a closed convex subset of a CAT(0) space . Consider the iteration process ,

A modified proximal point algorithm in geodesic metric space
Proximal point algorithm is one of the most popular technique to find either zero of monotone operator or minimizer of a lower semi-continuous function.

Cocompact Proper CAT(0) Spaces
This paper is about geometric and topological properties of a proper CAT(0) space $X$ which is cocompact - i.e. which has a compact generating domain with respect to the full isometry group. It is shown that geodesic segments in $X$ can "almost" be extended to geodesic rays. A basic ingredient of the proof of this geometric statement is the topological

Alternating projections in CAT(0) spaces
In this work, the (weak and strong) convergence of the alternating projection method in CAT(0) spaces is proved. More precisely, the following theorem is proven. Theorem 4.1. Let \(X\) be a complete CAT(0) space and \(A,B\subset X\) be closed and convex such that \(A\cap B\neq\emptyset\).

A mouse model for vascular normalization and a human breast cancer cohort were studied to understand the relationship between vascular leakage and tumor immune suppression. For this, endothelial and immune cell RNAseq, staining for vascular function, and immune cell profiling were employed.

Strong Convergence of Viscosity Approximation Methods for Nonexpansive Mappings in CAT(0) Spaces
Viscosity approximation methods for nonexpansive mappings in CAT(0) spaces are studied. Consider a nonexpansive self-mapping T of a closed convex subset C of a CAT(0) space X. Suppose that the set Fix(T) of fixed points of T is nonempty.
