Advanced Science, EarlyView.Dendritic cells (DC) vaccine is an important type of vaccines. However, the limited efficacy of DC vaccines hinders their widely application. This study redefines DC vaccines and provides a new DC‐BC vaccine that have much better therapeutic efficacy.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.CDK4/6 inhibition promotes CD8+ T cell expansion through tumor‐macrophage crosstalk by activating HIF‐1α and enhancing MIF‐CD44/CD74 signaling. This reprograms TAMs to boost MHC‐I antigen presentation, and CDK4/6 inhibitor‐trained M1 TAM supernatant therapy synergizes with low‐dose PD‐1 blockade to restore antitumor immunity.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.A bioabsorbable endovascular adhesive tape (BEAT) platform based on a hierarchical polyelectrolyte complex is developed to enhance drug delivery in the DCB system.
