[Cataract surgery in childhood uveitis].

[Postoperative uveitis in cataract surgery].
Oftalmologia (Bucharest, Romania : 1990), 2004Postoperative uveitis is a complication of cataract surgery; this complication may compromise the functional outcome and sometimes loss of the eye ball. Between 1995-1996 in Ophthalmological Clinic from Cluj five hundred patients underwent one surgical procedure for cataract; from these in fifteen cases occurred postoperative uveitis.
