Analysis of Peripheral Vascular Injuries Associated with Catheterizations.
1991年1月より2000年12月までに手術を行った,カテーテル挿入による末梢血管損傷30例を対象とした.内訳は仮性動脈瘤19例(63.3%),動静脈瘻6例(20%),出血3例(10%),血栓閉塞1例(3.3%),仮性動脈瘤+動静脈瘻1例(3.3%)であり,穿刺口縫合閉鎖術を26例(86.6%)に,動脈結紮術を2例(6.6%)に,血栓除去術+PTA(percutaneous transluminal angioplasty)と瘤切除術をおのおの1例(3.3%)に施行した.患者は,既往症に糖尿病や高血圧をもつ頻度が高い傾向にあった.術後は2例に創部感染を起こし二次縫合を要したが他の合併症は認めなかった.仮性動脈瘤は中枢側動脈の遮断と指による圧迫で安全に縫合閉鎖しえた ...
