Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menemukan profil kinetik suramin sebagai suatu kemoterapi tripanosidal menggunakan 3 sapi peranakan Ongole betina sehat dan 3 sapi Madura sehat. Tiap sapi mendapatkan dosis tunggal 10 mg/kg berat badan. Peparasi sampel dilakukan secara hidrolisis menggunakan HCL 2 M HCL selama 18 jam.
