PCL‐PEG based ACN thin films provide a highly tunable biointerface, where PEG content governs morphology, protein adsorption, and cellular responses. PEG‐lean films support fibroblast adhesion and proliferation, while PEG‐rich films are non‐cell‐adhesive with low protein adsorption, reversible by dECM coating.

Toward Dynamic Phase‐Field Fracture at Finite Strains
ABSTRACT We investigate the evolution of dynamic phase‐field fracture in the finite‐strain setting, extending our previous work in the small‐strain viscoelastodynamic regime. The elastodynamic equations are coupled with a dissipative damage evolution for the phase‐field variable z$z$.

Variational Modeling of Porosity Waves
ABSTRACT Mathematical models for finite‐strain poroelasticity in an Eulerian formulation are studied by constructing their energy‐variational structure, which gives rise to a class of saddle‐point problems. This problem is discretized using an incremental time‐stepping scheme and a mixed finite element approach, resulting in a monolithic, structure ...

Development of the program SPECEL: A special element for elasto-plastic crack tip analysis [PDF]
Theory is stated in terms of increments of displacement and stress, and of instantaneous or accumulated values of stress. The equilibrium equations, in the absence of body forces, are written, along with constitutive relations for plane ...

Physics‐Based Machine Learning for Modeling Cyclic Damage Evolution
ABSTRACT Accurate modeling of cyclic damage evolution is essential for predicting the long‐term performance and durability of engineering materials and structures. Traditional simulation‐based approaches, while physically rigorous, are computationally expensive, especially under complex loading histories.
