The highest experimentally determined focusing efficiency is reported here by using the direct imprinting of all‐inorganic TiO2 metalens arrays. Absolute efficiency greater than 80% and relative efficiency greater than 90% are achieved by optimization of all fabrication parameters controllable in the additive manufacturing process.

On a characteristic problem for a loaded hyperbolic equation
The paper studies a loaded hyperbolic equation with one - dimensional wave equation in its main part. In the loaded components there are two points, which are distributed respectively along a pair of intersecting characteristics at a constant speed. For

Long-time asymptotics for the generalized Sasa-Satsuma equation
In this paper, we study the long-time asymptotic behavior of the solution of the Cauchy problem for the generalized Sasa-Satsuma equation. Starting with the 3 × 3 Lax pair related to the generalized Sasa-Satsuma equation, we construct a Rieman-Hilbert ...

Some hyperstability and stability results for the Cauchy and Jensen equations
In this paper we give some hyperstability and stability results for the Cauchy and Jensen functional equations on restricted domains. We provide a simple and short proof for Brzdȩk’s result concerning a hyperstability result for the Cauchy equation.

Self-Similar Intermediate Asymptotics for a Degenerate Parabolic Filtration-Absorption Equation
The equation $$ \partial_tu=u\partial^2_{xx}u-(c-1)(\partial_xu)^2 $$ is known in literature as a qualitative mathematical model of some biological phenomena.

Cauchy and Signaling Problems for the Time-Fractional Diffusion-Wave Equation [PDF]
In this paper, some known and novel properties of the Cauchy and signaling problems for the one-dimensional time-fractional diffusion-wave equation with the Caputo fractional derivative of order b;1 b 2 are investigated. In particular, their response

A novel approach is introduced that leverages polymer phase transitions to modulate brush behavior. The oleophilic bottle brush system exhibits two distinct melting transitions—bulk and surface—enabling a two‐stage swelling and wetting transition.

Towards Rigorous Derivation of Quantum Kinetic Equations
We develop a rigorous formalism for the description of the evolution of states of quantum many-particle systems in terms of a one-particle density operator.

SOME REMARKS ON CAUCHY EQUATION ON A CURVE
In recent years a still increasing number of papers have been dealing with so called conditional Cauchy equations. The problem can be briefly stated as follows.

Cauchy’s almost forgotten Lagrangian formulation of the Euler equation for 3D incompressible flow [PDF]
Two prized papers, one by Augustin Cauchy in 1815, presented to the French Academy and the other by Hermann Hankel in 1861, presented to Göttingen University, contain major discoveries on vorticity dynamics whose impact is now quickly increasing.
