Temperature‐Dependent Properties of Atomic Layer Deposition‐Grown TiO2 Thin Films

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
This study explores the temperature‐dependent properties of TiO₂ thin films grown by atomic layer deposition using tetrakis dimethyl amino titanium and water. The films exhibit increased oxynitride incorporation as the process temperature increases from 150 to 350 °C, significantly influencing their optical and electrical properties. Findings highlight

Cauchy Matrices in the Observation of Diffusion Equations [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Study, 2015
Observability Gramians of diffusion equations have been recently connected to infinite Pick and Cauchy matrices. In fact, inverse or observability inequalities can be obtained after estimating the extreme eigenvalues of these structured matrices, with respect to the diffusion semi-group matrix.

Well‐Defined Poly(HPMAm) Brushes via Surface‐Initiated RAFT Polymerization; A Mixed‐Chain Transfer Agent (CTA) Approach

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
A simple method relying on surface‐initiated RAFT polymerization is presented using a mixed‐chain transfer agent (mixed‐CTA) approach to grow well‐defined poly(HPMAm) brushes with precise control, achieving >70 nm thickness in 4 h at moderate temperature, 50 °C. Abstract Over three decades, efforts to prevent non‐specific protein adsorption on surfaces

The Cauchy Problem for the Ishimori Equation

open access: yesJournal of Functional Analysis, 1996
AbstractThe Cauchy problem for the Ishimori equation is solved when initial spins are almost parallel by relating the Ishimori equation to the Davey–Stewartson II equation through a gauge transformation.

The Cauchy–Riemann equations on product domains [PDF]

open access: yesMathematische Annalen, 2010
We establish the $L^2$ theory for the Cauchy-Riemann equations on product domains provided that the Cauchy-Riemann operator has closed range on each factor. We deduce regularity of the canonical solution on $(p,1)$-forms in special Sobolev spaces represented as tensor products of Sobolev spaces on the factors of the product.

Effective Molecular Alignment of Semiconducting Polymer and Its Application to Photopatterned Stretchable Transistors

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Excellent mobility is achieved in intrinsically stretchable, fine‐patterned organic thin‐film transistors (OTFTs) through well‐aligned molecular arrangements. Abstract Intrinsically stretchable organic transistors are promising solutions for realizing stretchable electronic systems, such as skin‐like wearables and next‐generation displays. Nevertheless,

Integral equation characterization of the Feynman–Kac formula for a regime-switching diffusion

open access: yesResults in Applied Mathematics, 2020
In this paper, we provide an integral equation characterization of the solution to a Cauchy problem associated to the Feynman–Kac formula for a regime-switching diffusion.

Preparing Magnon–Photon Pairs in a Cavity–Magnon–Qubit System

open access: yesAdvanced Photonics Research, EarlyView.
By utilizing the photon blockade effect, hybrid magnon–photon quantum states are prepared in a cavity–magnon–qubit system. Through the analysis of correlation functions, the generated magnon–photon pairs are shown to exhibit high purity and strong correlations.
