Generative Adversarial Framework to Calibrate Excursion Set Models for the 3D Morphology of All‐Solid‐State Battery Cathodes

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, Volume 8, Issue 1, January 2026.
Worklow for calibrating excursion sets of random fields using methods from generative artificial intelligence. This article presents a computational method for generating virtual 3D morphologies of functional materials using low‐parametric stochastic geometry models, that is, digital twins, calibrated with 2D microscopy images.

Quantum GraviElectro Dynamics

open access: yesAnnalen der Physik, Volume 538, Issue 1, January 2026.
The BRST invariant Lagrangian of the gravitationally interacting U(1)$U(1)$ gauge theory, namely the Quantum GraviElectro Dynamics (QGED). The Yan–Mills theory with the Hilbert–Einstein gravitational Lagrangian, namely the Yang–Mills–Utiyama (YMU) theory, is defined and quantised using the standard procedure. The theory is perturbatively renormalisable,

No‐regret and low‐regret control for a weakly coupled abstract hyperbolic system

open access: yesAsian Journal of Control, Volume 28, Issue 1, Page 312-324, January 2026.
Abstract This paper explores an optimal control problem of weakly coupled abstract hyperbolic systems with missing initial data. Hyperbolic systems, known for their wave‐like phenomena and complexity, become even more challenging with weak coupling between subsystems.

Influence of Blood Rheology on Hemodialysis Efficiency via Computational Simulation

open access: yesChemical Engineering &Technology, Volume 49, Issue 1, January 2026.
This study presents a CFD framework for hemodialysis that explicitly incorporates cholesterol‐dependent non‐Newtonian blood rheology. By coupling mass transport with the mHAWB model, the work quantifies how rheology alters creatinine removal and optimal operating conditions. ABSTRACT This work presents a computational study of hemodialysis in cocurrent

Analytical Solutions for the Impedance of Cauchy‐ and Gauss‐Type Relaxation Processes

open access: yesChemElectroChem, Volume 13, Issue 1, January 2026.
Analytical solutions for the impedance of Cauchy‐type and Gauss‐type relaxation functions are derived. It is shown that neither of these frequently used basis functions for DRT reconstruction reflects classical experimental data at high and low frequencies.
