Noncausal AR‐ARCH Model and Its Applications to Financial Time Series

open access: yesInternational Journal of Finance &Economics, Volume 31, Issue 1, Page 1424-1443, January 2026.
ABSTRACT We extend the noncausal autoregressive models by introducing noncausality into the variance component, allowing the volatility to depend on future prices as well. We refer to this model as the noncausal AR‐ARCH model, and it enables us to account for shocks arising from market agents who possess more information and engage in forward‐looking ...

Polynomially oscillatory multipliers on Gelfand–Shilov spaces

open access: yesMathematische Nachrichten, Volume 299, Issue 1, Page 35-59, January 2026.
Abstract We study continuity of the multiplier operator eiq$\text{e}^{\text{i} q}$ acting on Gelfand–Shilov spaces, where q$q$ is a polynomial on Rd$\mathbf {R}^{d}$ of degree at least two with real coefficients. In the parameter quadrant for the spaces, we identify a wedge that depends on the polynomial degree for which the operator is continuous.

Aging of Tetrafluoroethylene Propylene (FEPM) Material in High‐Pressure HighTemperature Hydrogen Sulfide Downhole Environment: Theory, Modeling, Experiments, and Material Lifetime Prediction

open access: yesMacromolecular Theory and Simulations, Volume 35, Issue 1, January 2026.
A novel approach that integrates AI‐based methodology, laboratory experimentation, and field application experience to accurately predict the lifespan of elastomeric materials in harsh downhole environments. ABSTRACT This paper presents a physics‐driven neural network (PINN) model to capture the constitutive behavior, elongation at break (EAB), modulus,

Study of the Effect of X‐Cation (Br and I) Substitution on the Physical Properties of Novel Inorganic NaCaX3 Perovskites

open access: yesNano Select, Volume 7, Issue 1, January 2026.
Computer simulations demonstrate that NaCaBr3 and NaCaI3 have suitable band gaps, strong optical absorption, and advantageous dielectric and conductive properties. The compounds exhibit structural stability, low thermal conductivity, and high melting points. Mechanical analysis shows they are ductile and stable.

On the Stability Barrier of Hermite Type Discretizations of Advection Equations

open access: yesNumerical Methods for Partial Differential Equations, Volume 42, Issue 1, January 2026.
ABSTRACT We establish a stability barrier for a class of high‐order Hermite‐type discretization of 1D advection equations underlying the hybrid‐variable (HV) and active flux (AF) methods. These methods approximate both cell averages and nodal solutions and evolve them in time simultaneously.
