Dysfunctional attributions of success as a distinct feature of amotivation
We examined the association between causal attributions and self-reported motivational negative symptoms (amotivation) in a German online community sample (n = 251).

The Effects of Causal Structure on Causal Attribution Judgements.
We report two within-subjects experiments exploring the relationship between causal structure and causal attribution judgments. Both experiments comprised scenarios instantiating five unique causal structures: (a) causal chain, (b) positive feedback loop, (c) negative feedback loop, (d) common cause, and (e) common effect.

Why did my coworker treat me this way? Examining the mediating effects of attributions on the relationships between incivility and workplace outcomes [PDF]
Workplace incivility has previously been linked to detrimental outcomes, such as decreased job satisfaction and increased burnout and turnover intentions.

The Impact of Training and Staff Attributions on Staff Practice in Learning Disability Services: A Pilot Study [PDF]
The present study examines the impact of a training course which has previously been found to significantly increase the knowledge of staff working in learning disability services on staff attributions and practice.

This study reveals that the small GTPase Rab14 is necessary for human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and plays an essential role in the transport of virions to the trans‐Golgi network (TGN). HPV in the early endosome (EE), which harbors GTP‐bound Rab14, is transported to the TGN through the switch of Rab14 from its GTP‐bound to GDP‐bound form.

Explaining fatigue: An examination of patient causal attributions and their (in)congruence with family doctors’ initial causal attributions [PDF]
Background: General practitioners (GPs) and patients can have different ideas about the causes of fatigue, which may hinder management of fatigue. Objective: To investigate the causal attributions of patients and their GPs for fatigue, their level of agreement, and the association between patients’ attributions, and fatigue characteristics and other ...

Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase
Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.

We present robust protocols for the preparation of supported lipid bilayers (SLBs) incorporating either Salmonella smooth LPS or outer membrane vesicles (OMVs). We use a combination of quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation (QCM‐D) and fluorescence microscopy to both characterize the SLBs of various compositions and to probe their interactions ...
