Advanced Science, EarlyView.Diabetic bone marrow exhibits pathological ECM hyperviscosity that activates TRPV2‐mediated Ca2⁺ influx, leading to perinuclear F‐actin disassembly, nuclear deformation, and chromatin condensation. This cytoskeletal‐nuclear decoupling suppresses osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs.

Magnetic Anisotropy Modulation via van der Waals Gap Engineering in 2D Ferromagnet Fe4GeTe2
Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study demonstrates a new route to control magnetic anisotropy in 2D ferromagnets via van der Waals gap engineering. In Fe4GeTe2, an interface‐induced vdW gap expansion is found to anomalously enhance in‐plane magnetic anisotropy while suppressing the spin reorientation transition.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Active restoration increases soil organic carbon stocks by reducing microbial nitrogen limitation. Nitrogen availability promotes particulate to mineral‐associated organic carbon conversion by reducing microbial carbon use efficiency. Passive restoration has no effect on soil organic carbon stocks.

A Virtual Clinical Trial of Psychedelics to Treat Patients With Disorders of Consciousness
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Disorders of consciousness after severe brain injury are marked by reduced complexity of brain activity and limited treatment options. Using personalized whole‐brain models, this study shows that simulated lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) and psilocybin shift patient brain dynamics closer to criticality.
