Paciente masculino de 62 años, con epigastralgia persistente irradiada al hipocondrio derecho, se asocia hipertermia, coluria, ictericia y pérdida de peso durante aproximadamente un mes. Acudió a centro asistencial donde diagnosticaron colangitis aguda, se le realizo ultrasonido abdominal que reveló dilatación de las vías biliares intrahepáticas.
