This case highlights the importance of considering dural arteriovenous fistula (dAVF) as a differential diagnosis in patients presenting with cognitive decline, particularly when accompanied by progressive neurological symptoms. Our report may help clinicians broaden their differential diagnoses when faced with similar clinical presentations.
