Weak Cayley Table Groups II: Alternating Groups and Finite Coxeter Groups

Communications in Algebra, 2015
A weak Cayley table isomorphism is a bijection φ: G → H of groups such that φ(xy) ∼ φ(x)φ(y) for all x, y ∈ G. Here ∼denotes conjugacy. When G = H the set of all weak Cayley table isomorphisms φ: G → G forms a group 𝒲(G) that contains the automorphism group Aut(G) and the inverse map I: G → G, x → x −1.

Weak Cayley table groups III:PSL(2,q)

Communications in Algebra, 2016
ABSTRACTA weak Cayley table isomorphism is a bijection φ:G→H of groups such that φ(xy)∼φ(x)φ(y) for all x,y∈G. Here ∼ denotes conjugacy. When G = H the set of all weak Cayley table isomorphisms φ:G→G forms a group 𝒲(G) that contains the automorphism group Aut(G) and the inverse map I:G→G,x↦x−1.

The 2-Characters of a Group and the Weak Cayley Table

2019
Group character theory has many applications, but it is not easy to characterize the information contained in the character table of a group, or give concise information which in addition to that in the character table determines a group. The first part of this chapter examines the extra information which is obtained if the irreducible 2-characters of ...

The Simulation of the System with the Help of Finite Group of Factors Determining the System. P-Properties of the System. Cayley Tables and Their Role in Modeling Associative Closed System with Feedback

2018
Communications among the systems factors are characterized by the interactions between the systems factors. In our case these are a binary operation of composition of the factors and an unary operation \({\square}^{ - 1}\), which characterized the feedback of the system.

Report of the Committee, consisting of Professor Cayley, Dr. Farr, 2.2. Mr. J. W. L. Glaisher, Dr. Pole, Professor Fuller, Professor A. B. W. Kennedy, Professor Clifford, and Mr. C. W. Merrifield, appointed to consider the advisability and to estimate the expense of constructing Mr. Babbage’s Analytical Machine, and of printing Tables by its means.

1982
We desire in the first place to record our obligations to General Henry Babbage for the frank and liberal manner in which he has assisted the Committee, not only by placing at their disposal all the information within his reach, but by exhibiting and explaining to them, at no small loss of time and sacrifice of personal convenience, the machinery and ...
