LİGNOSELÜLOTİK YAPININ HİDROLİZİNDE RUMEN FUNGUSLARININ KARBONHİDRAT AKTİF – ENZİM (CAZyme) ETKİSİ

2022
The Carbohydrate Active Enzyme (CAZyme) system has a structure that acts on the glycosidic bonds of carbohydrates. In this system, there are enzymes involved in the hydrolysis of carbohydrates such as cellulose and hemisulose (β 1-4 glycoside bonds), which are members of the glycoside hydrolase (GH) enzyme family.
