Rapid and Direct Detection of Methamphetamine in Biofluids using a MXene‐Enabled Electrochemical Sensor

A MXene‐enhanced electrochemical sensor enables the rapid and direct detection of methamphetamine. Molecular simulations reveal that specific MXene surface functional groups act as key signal amplifiers by facilitating interfacial interactions. Cryoablation Activates the cGAS–STING‐CXCL10 Axis in Macrophages to Enhance Anti‐Tumor Immunity in NSCLC

Tumor dsDNA released by cryoablation is taken up by macrophages, activating the cGAS‐STING signaling pathway. This leads to an expansion of the CXCL10+ macrophage pool and increased secretion of CXCL10, which in turn recruits CXCR3+ T cells from draining lymph nodes into the tumor microenvironment to exert anti‐tumor effects.
