A Quantitative Analysis of Organizational Silence and Turnover Intention: An Outcome with CB-SEM

open access: yesJournal of Social Sciences Advancement, 2023
Today's businesses have acknowledged the necessity of retaining their employees rather than spending time and resources training new employees, making employee retention a pressing issue. Although this view of the organization's top management is the main cause of unemployment, it may also inhibit new talent and innovation.

METHODOLOGICAL AND PRACTICAL ADVANTAGES OF PLSSEM IN MANAGEMENT RESEARCH: THE CASE OF RAKIJA

open access: yesEkonomika Poljoprivrede (1979)
Structural equation modeling (SEM) is widely applied inconsumer behavior research; however, the methodologicalchoice between covariance-based SEM (CB-SEM) andpartial least squares SEM (PLS-SEM) remains contestedin applied research contexts.

Valosin‐containing protein counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its ATPase activity in vitro

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

Piezoresistive Monitoring of Carbon Nanomaterial‐Reinforced Epoxy Composites Under Cyclic and Fatigue Loading: A Review

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Carbon nanomaterial‐reinforced epoxy composites exhibit pronounced piezoresistive behavior, enabling intrinsic damage sensing under cyclic and fatigue loading. This review critically compares carbon nanotube and graphene systems, correlating filler content, percolation threshold, and gauge factor with sensing stability and damage evolution.
