Integrated Engineering of CAR‐T Cells for Solid Tumours
Solid tumours pose multifactorial barriers including antigen heterogeneity, immunosuppressive microenvironment, and poor T‐cell trafficking, limiting CAR‐T efficacy compared to hematologic malignancies. Integrated engineering strategies are essential, combining logic‐gated receptors for precision, metabolic‐epigenetic reprogramming for resilience, and ...

Summary Near‐infrared non‐ablative fractional lasers (NAFL) are established for skin rejuvenation and scar treatment and have attracted interest for their expanding therapeutic potential. This scoping review aims to revisit and reposition NAFL within a fluence‐dependent continuum of tissue modulation, based on evidence from 27 studies of lasers ...

The malate–aspartate shuttle supports thermogenic lipid mobilization in brown adipocytes
Brown fat cells burn lipids within their mitochondria to generate heat. This process involves two energy “shuttles,” one of which is naturally blocked during heat production. We found that the second shuttle (MASh) is not required to generate heat. However, when MASh is disabled, the fatty acids meant for fuel are instead converted back into stored fat.

Exploring Toothbrushing Duration Among Adults: A Systematic Review
ABSTRACT Aim There is a need for greater understanding of the average brushing time among individuals. Since the average brushing time remains unclear, this study involves a systematic review to assess this aspect of oral hygiene practices and how it has evolved over the years. Material and Methods The PubMed‐MEDLINE and Cochrane‐CENTRAL databases were
