Multivalent Protein Nanorings for Broad and Potent SARS‐CoV‐2 Neutralization

A protein‐only, modular multivalent nanoscaffold displaying 20 anchor points, decorated with two different binders (10 of each), targeting the SARS‐CoV‐2 receptor‐binding domain is presented. Doxorubicin‐Loaded Metal–Organic Framework for Ferroptosis‐Enhanced Chemotherapy Through Sustained Zn Release and Glutathione Peroxidase Downregulation

A robust zinc‐based metal–organic framework (ZnMOF) enables dual functions of doxorubicin delivery and sustained Zn2+ release to trigger ferroptosis‐enhnaced chemotherapy. DOX@ZnMOF effectively depletes intracellular glutathione, suppresses GPX4, and elevates reactive oxygen species, leading to efficient oxidative DNA damage and apoptosis.

IL‐2 Free Expansion of T Cells with Immunofilaments

Ratio and density of stimulatory αCD3 and αCD28 mAb on immunofilaments (IF) influence T cell expansion, cytokine production, and effector phenotype. Moreover, IL‐2 supplementation is not necessary with optimal performing IFs, which leads to simpler culture conditions, and negative side effects of IL‐2 supplementation are reduced.
