The self-diffusion of Cd in CdS

Journal of Physics C: Solid State Physics, 1984
The self-diffusivity of Cd in CdS, D(Cd), has been measured by a radiotracer technique between 500 and 850 degrees C at the minimum total pressure (pCdmin) and saturated Cd pressure (pCdsat) and also as a function of pCd at 675, 750 and 850 degrees C.

[Chronic lymphocytic leukemia with peripheral T lymphocytes expressing CD 2+, CD 3+, CD 4-, CD 8-, CD 16+, and CD 56+ and lymph-node lymphocytes expressing CD 2+, CD 3-, CD 4-, CD 8-, CD 16+, CD 38+, and CD 56+].

Rinsho byori. The Japanese journal of clinical pathology, 1991
A 33-year-old man was hospitalized because of thrombocytopenia and severe splenomegaly. On admission 78% of peripheral lymphoid cells were abnormally large, with pale cytoplasm. Flow cytometry of the abnormal lymphocytes showed that they expressed CD 2, CD 3, CD 11, CD 16, and CD 56, but not CD 4 nor CD 8, so they were T-cell large granular lymphocytes

Measurement of the Cd-CdS liquidus

Journal of Physics and Chemistry of Solids, 1963
Abstract The Cd-CdS liquidus has been measured between 700°C and 1250°C. In the low temperature region, the liquidus rises exponentially with temperature similar to that observed in III–V semiconducting compound systems.

Cd doping at the CuInSe2/CdS heterojunction

Journal of Applied Physics, 2003
The chemical composition of the CuInSe2/CdS heterojunction interface is investigated by angle resolved x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Auger electron spectroscopy, and secondary ion mass spectroscopy in combination with selective etching of CdS. We demonstrate that ∼0.8 monolayer of Cd is incorporated into the first 1–3 atomic layers of the CuInSe2 ...

4p-5s transitions in Cd XII, Cd XIII and Cd XIV

Journal of Physics B: Atomic and Molecular Physics, 1984
The spectrum of a cadmium plasma produced by a 1.5 J, 25 ns ruby laser is dominated in the 80-110 AA region by 4p-5s transitions in ion stages XII to XIV. A number of lines from the transitions 4p64d-4p54d5s, 4p6-4p55s and 4p5-4p45s have been identified with the aid of Hartree-Fock and Dirac-Fock calculations.

CD Error Characterization; Differences Between CD-ROM and Writable CD

Optical Data Storage, 1994
Read only Compact Discs (CDs), such as the CD-ROM and Digital Audio CD, are made by concurrently forming the plastic disc and the spiral track of pits that represent the data carried on the surface of the disc via an injection molding operation, and subsequently applying a reflective metal layer in a vacuum coating step and a protective polymer layer ...
