In this work, we used ab-initio calculations in the framework of the electron density functional theory and the pseudopotential have been obtained density distributions of valence electrons and the electron energy specters for strained geterostructures CdTe/ZnTe and geterostructures CdTe/ZnTe with quantum dots CdTe.
