CeBR

Proceedings of the 2017 International Conference on Information System and Data Mining, 2017
Industrial positioning with low cost is an important proposal in IoT system. Most existing approaches pursue good accuracy regardless of high cost, which significantly affects practical use. In this paper, we propose a cooperative positioning scheme called CeBR, which is based on hybrid Bluetooth and RFID.

Aliovalent Doping of CeBr 3

SPIE Proceedings, 2010
Despite the outstanding scintillation performance characteristics of CeBr 3 and LaBr 3 :Ce, commercial availability and application is limited due to the difficulties with crystal growth of large, crack-free single crystals of these fragile materials.

CeBr/sub 3/ scintillators for gamma-ray spectroscopy

IEEE Transactions on Nuclear Science, 2005
In this paper, we report on a new scintillator, cerium bromide (CeBr3), for gamma-ray spectroscopy. Crystals of this scintillator have been grown using Bridgman process. In CeBr3, Ce3+ is an intrinsic constituent as well as a luminescence center for the scintillation process, has high light output (~68,000 photons/MeV) and fast decay constant (~17 ns).
