Male‐biased stone tool use by wild white‐faced capuchins (Cebus capucinus imitator)

On Coiba, both sexes of adult white‐faced capuchins use stone tools, while on Jicarón only males have been observed to use tools. Abstract Tool‐using primates often show sex differences in both the frequency and efficiency of tool use.
