Rare variation of the celiac trunk and related review

In this study, we report a rare variation of the branching of the celiac trunk. During a routine abdominal dissection on a female cadaver, we found the celiac trunk to emerge from the abdominal aorta as 2 roots named hepatogastric trunk and hepatosplenic trunk.
