Classification of acute myeloid leukemia based on multi‐omics and prognosis prediction value

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The Unsupervised AML Multi‐Omics Classification System (UAMOCS) integrates genomic, methylation, and transcriptomic data to categorize AML patients into three subtypes (UAMOCS1‐3). This classification reveals clinical relevance, highlighting immune and chromosomal characteristics, prognosis, and therapeutic vulnerabilities.

Comparing intra-uterine injection of mononuclear cells and platelet-rich plasma on the pregnancy rate of women with recurrent implantation failure: An RCT

open access: yesInternational Journal of Reproductive BioMedicine
Background: Recurrent implantation failure (RIF) can be explained mainly by improper crosstalk between the embryo and endometrium. The T-helper1/T-helper2 profile balance influences effective embryo implantation.

Multi-Scale Kinetics Modeling for Cell Culture Process with Metabolic State Transition [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
To advance the understanding of cellular metabolisms and control batch-to-batch variations in cell culture processes, a multi-scale mechanistic model with a bottom-up and top-down structure was developed to simulate the dynamics of cell culture process undergoing metabolic state transitions. This model integrates interactions at the molecular, cellular,

TOMM20 as a driver of cancer aggressiveness via oxidative phosphorylation, maintenance of a reduced state, and resistance to apoptosis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
TOMM20 increases cancer aggressiveness by maintaining a reduced state with increased NADH and NADPH levels, oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS), and apoptosis resistance while reducing reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels. Conversely, CRISPR‐Cas9 knockdown of TOMM20 alters these cancer‐aggressive traits.
