XTRUDE: A Process‐Informed Framework for High‐Fidelity Analysis of Hydrogel Extrusion
Extrusion performance emerges from the interplay between material properties and processing conditions. XTRUDE (eXTrusion Rheology for Understanding and Defining Extrudability) recreates the extrusion environment with in situ pressure and temperature sensing, enabling characteristic pressure signatures to quantify extrusion‐specific phenomena and ...

Uneven cell temperatures remain a practical constraint in compact air-cooled battery packs. We used computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to screen four geometric controls: fan-side clearance (D1), the number of cell groups, downstream inter-row spacing (W1)

Relaxation of Self-Heating-Effect for Stacked-Nanowire FET and p/n-Stacked 6T-SRAM Layout
In this paper, we investigated the source/drain recessed contact structure to mitigate the self-heating-effects in vertically stacked-nanowire FETs. As a result, lattice temperature of nanowire regions during device operation was considerably decreased ...

Stretchable Microelectrode Arrays for Electro‐Mechanical Probing of Brain Spheroids
A multimodal device featuring kirigami‐patterned stretchable microelectrode arrays enables concurrent mechanical actuation and electrophysiological recording of brain spheroids. The platform supports multiple loading regimes and reveals mechanically induced modulation of spontaneous network activity in 3D neural tissue models.

Intelligent conceptual mould layout design system (ICMLDS) : innovation report [PDF]
Family Mould Cavity Runner Layout Design (FMCRLD) is the most demanding and critical task in the early Conceptual Mould Layout Design (CMLD) phase. Traditional experience-dependent manual FCMRLD workflow results in long design lead time, non-optimum ...
