Permeability Measurenents On Cement Paste

MRS Proceedings, 1988
AbstractThe permeability of cement paste to water was determined by using a triaxial permeability cell. A new technique of specimen conditioning, based on cyclic flow reversal, was used for the early attainment of equilibrium flow conditions. Effects or cement type, age, and silica fume addition, were investigated.

Hydration of Cement Pastes Using the Cement LC3

2019
Nowadays, cement is still one of the most consumed products in the world, and has grown more significantly. Thus, the use of supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs) to some extent reduces the carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions in the environment, contributing to the formation of a sustainable cement. In this context, Limestone Calcined Clay Cement (LC3)

Hot Pressed DSP Cement Paste

MRS Proceedings, 1991
ABSTRACTDSP cement paste is prepared by hot-pressing technique in this study in order to improve its particle packing and chemical composition, and to investigate the relationship between its solid phase microstructure and mechanical strength at the porosity close to zero.

Properties of Cemented Paste Backfill

2017
Knowledge on the properties of cemented paste backfill (CPB) material is essential for the design of cost-effective, safe and durable cemented backfill structures. The primary properties and characteristics of CPB are categorised by their physical, mechanical, hydraulic, thermal, chemical and microstructural aspects.

FLOTATION TAILINGS IN CEMENT PASTE

Rudarstvo (Mining)
Flotation tailings, as a by-product in the process of obtaining metals from ore, represent a huge problem from ecology point of view. In addition to the fact that it is necessary to provide large areas for its disposal (usually these are natural valleys or basins), a major problem is its direct impact on surface and underground water, as well as air ...
